Body feathers: Having a predominantly white body with brown stripes, he can fluff his feathers up sometimes to look completely white. Some owls say he looks like a snowy, so he usually does it as a party trick. His feathers are very scruffy and fluffy, even though he takes good care of them.
Wing feathers: Calvin's wings are fluffy at the bone, but slowly thin out. His wings are very well taken care of, and he grooms his feathers at dawn, every morning.
